Ghanaian drill rapper and Asakaa Boys member Kwaku DMC has announced media personality Sandy Ken as the official Public Relations Manager for his brand.
The appointment signals a bold new chapter in the rapper’s career as he looks to grow his footprint both in Ghana and beyond.
Sandy Ken, whose real name is Sandra Koduah, brings over a decade of hands-on experience in Ghana’s media and entertainment industry to the role. She is widely respected as a strong communicator, entertainment analyst, and events MC, and has previously worked with high-profile personalities including NPP Presidential Candidate Kennedy Agyapong.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing Kwaku DMC’s public image, handling media relations and press coverage, as well as coordinating interviews, promotional campaigns, and major events and concerts on behalf of the artist.
The move comes on the back of the rapid rise of the Asakaa movement, which has put Ghanaian drill music firmly on the global map. With Kwaku DMC’s influence in the industry continuing to grow, many see the appointment of an experienced PR hand as a smart and timely decision.
