“I Won’t Be Disappointed If There’s No Heaven” — Ghanaian Gospel Star Diana Hamilton

Ghanaian Gospel Music Star, Diana Hamilton

Award-winning Ghanaian gospel powerhouse, Diana Hamilton, has made a striking declaration, stating she would not feel let down if the Christian belief in heaven proved to be untrue.

Speaking candidly in an interview on Okay FM on November 17, 2025, the “Adom” hitmaker revealed that her core fulfillment stems from her current life, which she believes is already aligned with the teachings of Christ.

Living the Life of Christ is Enough:

Hamilton explained that her peace and satisfaction are rooted in living according to God’s word, regardless of what happens after death.

“No, I won’t be disappointed if there’s no heaven because I would have lived the life that Christ asked me to and I will be fulfilled that I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do. How I’m not guilty of anything now is enough for me. But I believe and have hope that there’s heaven,” she asserted.

The celebrated musician clarified that despite this hypothetical statement, her personal conviction in life after death remains strong and unwavering.

The Wonders of Creation Affirm God’s Existence:

Diana Hamilton pointed out that the sheer complexity and magnificence of creation strengthen her faith in God’s presence and existence.

“I believe that there’s life after this life. The kind of things that go on in this life, I always say that when you go to Australia and you would still doubt there’s God, then I don’t know what else could convince you,” she shared, encouraging listeners to reflect on the world’s wonders.

She gave a fascinating example from her travels to illustrate the mystery of God’s nature, recounting a moment when she was experiencing a different day than her husband due to time zones.

“I was traveling from Australia to the UK and talking to my husband at the same time. It was Saturday in UK, where my husband is and Sunday where I was at the time.”

“Does it make sense? When we are celebrating Christmas, we will see Australians celebrating New Year already,” she noted, highlighting the vastness of the universe.

Hamilton concluded that while human understanding is limited, the existence of a supernatural power governing the universe is simply undeniable.

“It’s surprising but God is Omnipresent so it’s possible. He is everything; sometimes we can’t explain that but you should know there is a supernatural power holding that,” she added.
